Very nice Bernie!!
Tell us a little bit about the specs of the vehicle please?
Engine, gears etc etc.
I saw one a few days ago that had a sticker on the boot that read "Toyota & Nissan recovery vehicle"!!

Morning Bruce as I said to Jon V6 diesel 3 Lt 3.5 tonne towing . Has more gadgets than I'm used too , I love the cruise control it automatically slows down to what ever you have caught up to . 6 speed auto cant feel them change ! Auto seats they go to what ever you have set them one for Carol (her car incidentally) and one for myself .Hands free mobile voice active satnav . Aircon seats plus heat as well also the steering wheel .
Keyless entry and start up , as long as you have the key on you it will open the doors as soon as you touch the door handle , the boot is a split door can open all or just the window part all with just a push of a button . Sun roof .
The fuel management shows average around 8 /8.2 per hundred I got 16.1 with the van on coming back from Bundy , I tried several speeds from 85 / 90 / 95 /100 plus used cruise a couple of times . So I may have returned a better average if I used a set speed .
The car didn't know the van was on the back .
Anything else ?

Bernie,
We paid $20,000 for a Suzuki Baleno which has a proximity key, auto unlock (including rear hatch), cruise, phone/radio/satnav/carplay unit (all voice-controlled), fuel economy instant readout, G-force readout (if we thought it would be relevant  ), auto climate control, auto headlights, fogs, DRLs...
Also tells you how long your latest trip took as well as distance travelled, separately from the trip-meter & odometer (that's in addition to auto-resetting tank range when you pop the filler flap)...
Engine is a VERY toey 1.0 litre turbo with 6-speed auto & gearchange paddles on the steering wheel for when you switch off the auto traction control & want to play boy-racer. (That's probably why the G-Force thing was included.) ;) 17.5km/litre and 145km/h was as game as I've got so far...
What we did NOT get was the seat position memory, or rain-sensing wipers.
As we don't tow WITH it, but tow it, towing capacity isn't important.
Regards & God bless,
Ray

Ray , we have the rain sensing thingy , twas funny when we had signed on the dotted line ( I should say Carol signed ) when in the car and had been thru all the salesman's rundown on things , he removed the price tag and started to spray Windex on the screen to remove the marks , the wippers came on as it sensed rain haha.
We don't have the G-force thingy ...bugga...
Gunna give Carol a drive ....one day ..
