Re: anyone reckon NSW can win?
They are the younger and stronger side, well they were on Wed night anyway. They made quite few mistakes and did few silly things, and still came up winners. this win will strengthen the team, the confidence will allow them to dig deep if really needed, they know they can win, they know the qld side can be defeated, that is even more important. i think we are seeing the tide turning, it was NSW that held on to the strong experienced team for too long, not letting the young blood come up through the ranks with a gradual replacement of aging players, Qld has fallen for the same trap, it will be interesting to see if I've read it right or not

Pat,
I don't know how to do the link thing, but it was Myers sale, so something like www.myer.com.au should get you there. I have had one of these before, but it was a breville brand and it didn't last long, so I paid the $150 for a sunbeam brand. David Jones had it for $10 cheaper, but by the time the site finally let me in to shop, they had sold out. Because the footy was on tv, there must have been space for me to finally get to shop! Thanks footy fans.
Terry, yes the heavy cast iron pot is a great object, but I don't think it would be too clever on my glass stove top. Frightened of breaking the glass element things with the weight and the heat. I will stick to the eclectrickie stuff for home. I don't do long slow cooking when in the van, so its just another extra luxury item for home. I am needing to spoil myself a bit lately, so shopping is good therapy.

The latest lines doing the internet at the moment are "The blues are running at two hits to the Gallen" or similar lines, still don't know what started it, anyone got any ideas?

The guy that received the punch was head butting when tackling & also twisting the Blues legs, the Captain had enough & saw RED, Wacko.
