Leeches in the eyes?!?! :(

You cannot tell me that is nothing to worry about!

.....anyway, being someone whose blood is not good enough to donate, (was in England in the 1980s so there's a danger of me passing on mad cows disease!)....at least I can say that the Aussie leeches don't discriminate like the Aussie blood donor people!

Bit hard to keep out of trouble, Leeches there cold & Horrible, I believe they are hard to dodge if you are in there area
they seam to like swampy areas, Yuck

......how do you get them out of the eye? Or do they just drain the blood and drop off?

Pour salt water in them, go for a swim in the sea or wait till they have their fill and drop off all puffy and stuffed with yummy eyeball blood Oh yummy. Wait till you have seen a guinea worm in a persons eye waving at you under a microscope. :lol:
