The last line is telling you what the problem is, it doesn't know what application (program) to use to do what you asked. Google Chrome would have made itself the application to use in one of those searches, you no longer have google Chrome because you removed it, you need to tell it which application to use now. If you go back to a recovery point before you installed the flash player and accidently install Google Chrome, that should solve the problem. Then, when you install Flash Player, look carefully at all the things it wants to install with it and untick those boxes, then do the install.
Either that, or wait till Margaret gets home, ring her and see if she will walk you through the fix, I know bugger all about computers, I know even less about Windows 7 :lol:

How cool am I? 8-) I decided I could do no worse so I went back into the control place then saw something that mentioned restore so I let it do that and wallah I can google again. Not going to do any down loadings now, what I miss is too bad. gosh I am so good :lol:
