Regarding my post, I do commend the Cooktown Council for it's initiative in this arrangement. At least they are trying, very...

A tad more common sense and professionalism would seem to be required. As for the CMCA, seems to me to be nearly too late.

Somebody in Wickham NSW has seen the writing on the wall - ergo waving the membership application fee in order to shore up dwindling numbers.

Maybe those close to the bean counters at HQ could verify or refute this, but I seem to recall that at one time, attrition was higher than membership growth. If so, I would be looking for termites in head office.
