I will be heading south in 2 weeks and was intending to go to Melbourne via Mount Gambier, most likely stay in Kingston on the way through.

Watch out you don't bump into me as you go past.
I am at Maldon till early next week then either Aysons or Green Lake for a week or so and then work my way north to Orange for Xmas.
Test run of the loco that has been rebuilt. test run under actual conditions and then it is to be pulled out of commission again and then painted and then all the smoke deflectors etc will be added to get her to look like new.
So train ride in order tomorrow
12 × 5 house boat moored at the present in Mannum Waters Marina.
Converting to LiFePo4 for float alone status
