The better half is thinking about it, but we probably wont make a definite decision till closer to the end of Feb or even early March.
Put us down as possibles. We will have to leave on the Easter Monday, or Tuesday at the very latest
I forgot to take Anzac Day into my calculations, I think that may mean that's one less leave day I need.. 7 leave days for a fortnight off..... :)

Added to the first post Martin, can't remember if Mrs Dapope has ever had her name mentioned here, but I can't remember my own name half the time so it's probably just that I can't remember it.

Thanks Dot. Caroline is a big fan of the fancy batteries too, makes upgrades easier to get finance for. :-D

Good question!
Walker's Flat it is .........
Dee & Greg camped there some time back & have confirmed there is a large area & I believe there are toilets there too.
There is an empty out facility for boats on the river & they do have a place for emptying cassettes. Direct emptying of tanks via hose via gravity may not be so easy.
I'd say if everyone turns up empty it should be no problem anyway.
I intend to inspect the area more thoroughly before the event to give more exact location. (which side etc)
There are some who will need/want to avoid the ferry crossing too so it's important to specify which side of the creek.
The ferry's do carry wooden ramps to assist big motorhomes & caravans.
It looks like a 3 or 4 day trip 'up the creek' for the boat from Murray Bridge so I'll leave early!!! (or I'll miss everyone!)
Dee might comment about 3G reception in the area for Telstra & Optus customers?

We had a Google fly over and the official camps book bush camp in up past the ferry on the Adelaide side, but there were lots of spots all around the area further back, near where the back water joins the river, just bush camp there though, no toilets or shop, but it only appears to be few kms up the road to the shop and ferry etc anyways so.....
