Hedland Shire--WHEEL CLAMPS

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Clamp my nuts and see what happens to yours will be my motto for PH  One tool that will be in the bus will be the angle grinder ;)

I claim any accessories attached to my vehicle belong to me.
The fact that you didn't ask my permission to attach said accessory isn't the point.
So if a clamp is fitted to my ute I'll consider it a future contribution to my vehicle safety and store it in a manner suitable to me.
The fact that I may have to slightly damage said accessory to store it in a suitable place isn't optional as it was freely given on their part.
The nice person put it on ,making sure my vehicle was safe from being stolen, and then moved on, possibly donating a few more to the lucky motorists, and dis-associating them selves from any future exclamations of joy.

The fact there may or may not be a note attached to the screen stating that I must pay to give the donated accessory back isn't in my line of thinking.
You gave it to me and now you want me to pay you to take it back ?
If you want it back you pay me OK
So I'll just get out the tool kit and either rearrange the lock or one of the arms, the lock would be better as I might have to re-weld the arm back into position for the future security of my van.

So do I, but I'm still not going there!! There are plenty of places that welcome travellers, and did I mention it before, I think the place is the arsehole of Australia!!!

Wot Dot said!
Noggins, you have an unique attitude to the tribulations of life, and I like it! :D

Still, Port Hedland is the arsehole of the world to begin with... this just makes it the shitty arsehole!

As others have said before, when we're touring again, we'll give PH a wide berth... eventually, the Grey Nomads will get their message across:
Plenty of places welcome us...
WE don't need PH: PH needs US (and other tourists).
Regards & God bless,
Ray
