Flat site and good company. Pet friendly, and some sunshine!

Flat ground, potable water, dump point, shops, able to have campfire, good company, moon capable, anywhere east of Port Augusta and temperate to suit, we are currently at a free camp in the Coopernook State Forest which is 20ks south of Kendall, plenty of room here, flat, long drop toilets, fires and pets allowed.
On the downside, no water and nearest big shops Taree or Kendall,l both 20ks north or south, dump point at Kew and Taree same distance.

I have not been to Kendall but from what T1,Shirley and George have said it seems ok as well.
Cheers
Chris

No shops to speak of at Kendall can buy basic things, Woolies complex on the other side of hwy., thru Kew on the road out to Laurieton about 30ks away.
Maybe Wauchope Showgrounds would be OK, Wauchope has a couple of supermarket & many shops within walking distance also has Timbertown, we have visited Wauchope many times but have always stayed out in the forest.

What we are seeing as requirements are, Potable water, free or low cost, dump point and some shops close by, pets allowed and able to have a fire.
Added extras would be near a river or lake. And the temperature to be warm of course.

What about Mendooran then. Not sure about showers though. One of the Binnaway rules is no fires unfortunately. Binnaway is one of my favourite overnight stays on the way back north. Around that region is half way to everywhere. We haven't stayed at Kendall yet so I can't really compare them.

Mendooran only has a cold shower, flush toilet , only the one tap last time we stayed but certainly fits the bill, pets, fires, plenty of room & free.
No dump point.

Where would the nearest dump point be to Mendooran?
