Re: Add
I reckon if even half of us put $5 in a bucket, then it would be a while until the bucket needed refilling.
Cheers

Re: Add
Folks I'm listening and considering the options.
There really is only a very small difference between what all my sites earn and what I need to pay annually.
Now that I've changed the websites over to another company the outgoings have reduced substantially and I'm guessing there will be only about $50-$60 to 'find'.
I do not think it right to have both Google ads in the topics as well as a donation facility. It must be either one or the other.
If anyone clicks on those Google Ads, it doesn't cost them but it costs whoever the ad is about.
I can't see costing you members being a better option than costing someone else?
Wendy suggested a poll ?? I think I'll just leave things as they are at present after all it IS my hobby!!!
I'm happy!
I really do appreciate the suggestion and wouldn't expect anything else from such a wonderful bunch of members!
PS. Jon and myself have been experimenting and testing. Did you know Paypal take out 43cents out of a $5 donation IF we put a facility on the forum?
