Need a good stiff drink

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Drinking kills all the germs and is good for you. I only go to doctors that tell me having a few drinks each night is good for you. I get into trouble with the "few" drinks bit but I am worried that if I don't then I am taking a risk in not drinking enough. Well that's my understanding of the case.

You don't drink? Or, you don't need a reason?
I don't drink as in the "drink" that is mentioned here.
And, yes, I don't need any reason to "drink".

Jim, you do need to drink, it stops you looking like a wrinkled up old prune and water is good for you. :) :)

Nah, Dottie,
Have ya seen what water does to steel? Dangerous stuff! Ya can even drown in it! :o
Give me a fine red wine any day... and think of all the people you're supporting: Vintners, winemakers, vine pruners, bottle manufacturers, truckies... the list goes on.
I consider it my Social Duty to keep all these people employed!
I think I'll have another red, now. :D

Dot, you should really read what I said. I don't drink the "drink" that is mentioned here. Of course I drink water.

When people are exhausted after a race or even from being rescued, what is it that they call out for? Another red?? I don't think so.

Ahhh.... but if they'd sat back and had a glass or 3 of a good red then they wouldn't have been silly enough to be racing in the first place, or out where they needed to be rescued
I believe that a good stiff drink alternated with a glass of water is the key, now by converting the water into a solid form I've mastered combining the two so it doesn't cut down on drinking time 8-)

And when they dig you up eventually, will there just be a gherkin and a couple of onions?
