Re: Were terry
hopefully this feller doesn't pull him over, apparently "oh sparks who walks" has no fingerprints.
With a boot full of jerry cans and a container full of wires and switches they may well be in Leavenworth for a loooooooong spell

Re: Were terry
I recall someone running out of fuel in the Mazda while crossing the Black Range.... Must be an inherited skill

Re: Were terry
Back in the dark ages, when I was young and stupid, it was common to run out of fuel. After a while, we learnt to carry a can with fuel in it. After a few more 'run out of fuels' we even learnt to fill up the can at the next servo. I reckon T1 is just mucking with everyone and only pretending to run out of fuel. Sort of like mind games. So ......... I reckon he will run out at Nhill.

Re: Were terry
Bernie, Just tell him to go stand on the top step at the pub. It is the highest point around, except for the top of Big Red. They will chopper in more grog if it gets real bad.

Re: Were terry
Of course it is, why else does anyone travel to Birdsville in August/ early September. The races, the pub and the bakery. There isn't much else left now.
Cheers
