OK Brian,
I understand the BLACKwater thing, but we're talking about the GREYwater smelling...
And Ross, I agree with Wilbor!
Besides, we have a factory-built motorhome. No opportunity to fancy-up the water tanks.
Just need some additive that works.

Have you tried sodium percarbonate Ray?
Available from ebay or home-brew shops

For the grey tank, Drain Clean with Enzymes from Bunnings.

no trade name Ray, just the straight chemical. This is what is doing the job (i think anyway) in products like nappisan but the full 100%. You only need a little bit of the actual raw ingredient

I have set up my tanks with air injected into the bottom of each, from either the bus air when driving or with a small 24v pump, if I need to waste some solar :) Don't know how well it will work but the theory is good.

I hope the Bride isn't on the toot when you blow the air in if the vent gets blocked!!
When driving do you just turn it on & off or leave it injecting? Some compressors don't enjoy running a 100% of the time. (under pressure)

When driving I have a switch, but it only gets a couple psi. As for the vent (this will make you laugh) I have a aspirator on the engine intake and it is plumbed to that :)

Also I have a big 2 cyl compressor on the old DD 6V92 which will not mind a bit of work.
