That's why I wear skin-tight 'Ninja' work gloves when using tools with blades.
Once cut a hole in the back of a glove with my angle-grinder & flap-wheel... Didn't touch my skin, fortunately. But it did take the hair off above a vein.

The working gloves of today are nothing like the gloves of yesteryear. Most of the procedures that I carry out at work these days require me to wear gloves.
