Yep. Nothing wrong with mud flats! That's where the big yabbies live!
I got one the other day I named Mundine!
Big one with one claw missing & the points of his other one broken off. 4 of his little legs were also missing.
Got the feeling he just never knew when to lay down & pretend he's beaten.
A bit of hot water fixed him!

Terry should be in Sydney today for the court case as long as he does not break down LOL.
Sorry he did not run out of fuel YET but he may tell you a story later.
Bruce will have to take of gardener duties at the weekend as I am off to Crystal Brook for q few weeks to buld an aviary for my mate. Taking the one I brought from Illawarra to go inside his 5 x 7 mtr job.
The only rocking on my boat is from the wind I am sorry to say
Regards
Brian

What type of birds does your mate have Brian? And no I am not hinting at the human type.

Finches and Quails mainly. Caught the bug from me and now he has the aviary and I dont. Will be good to see my aviary go up again. Cost a heap as it is all Aluminium and board similar to used in motor homes etc. Building a large one with mine inside. Mine will be the juvenile cage for them to fly free where he has mainly small cages which I hate.
Trying to get him to let them intermingle as mine were as they were all happy living together. They get their place in the aviary and if they dont then get them out . Nice to sit inside with them all flying around and not careing about you. Mine knew that I fed them and as soon as I went into the cage they would all come and see what I had. I always put weeds and seed plants around the cage and supplemented the commercial seed. They loved to climb around the plants looking for the seeds as well I grew some of my vegies inside as they eat the fruit fly and other bugs.

Brian, my old place had finches and quail too.
One day, the door was open and they got out..... but almost all came back. Home is home. It was a big thing; 6x2 meters about 3 high.

I found T1, didn't know he was lost

Had a win at the court case, well actually NRMA's barrister decided to concede after the lunch break as our legal team dropped a bombshell into their camp showing payments from NRMA (CTP insurer) to QBE (Workcover insurer) less than 6mths after the accident, sort of stuffed their claim they hadn't been notified about my MVA until 2007.... we will see what happens from here but they may be in deep dodo for telling porkies to all the courts and govt authorities for the last 13yrs. Their whole "not responsible" case was based on them claiming they could have rehabilitated me if they had know about the injuries within the required 6 mth period but it was too late after 3 yrs......
We are now in Bodalla NSW for a few days, then off to Bendigo, then home by 1st week in March hopefully.
