Vik I recently took the front off my Iveco. I know it's an older version but the cheap plastic and tin just won't do it for a winch.
A decent bullbar & winch will have to be bolted directly onto the chassis rails.
A decent engineer or at least a good chap that knows how to do a good strong weld would soon knock one up.
What model is yours? Is it a 4WD or not?

MATE... if it was a 4x4 Iveco with 3 diff locks 15 low ranges etc, I wouldnt need a winch...

Bogged the Mazda in the front yard back in Day Street Lake Illawarra. Hooked up the winch and ripped the support piece on top of the bull bar clean out of the bog it was riveted into  finally dragged it out backwards with the Kombi, it takes real skill to bog one of those buggers.... but that's another story

What I would really like is what you say there, a portable winch ya keep in the truck with a ,like a Hayman Reece type hitch set up on the front ya can plug the winch into, and the rear already has one in the tow bar...

Winch stays out of the weather till needed...

Just need to get 12 volt juice there...??? Anderson plugy heavy duty type thingie, or long jumper leads off the truck battery...

Too crippled up to use a Trifor jobie...!!!
Seen any hover crafts on gum tree for sale...???

vik... way to go...  :|
