I reckon seeing as I have to cook at home I shall do double ups and freeze the extra. I do love a good steak though with my friends, Baileys and Brown Bros Muscato and my Strongbow sweet.
What's the news on your MH??

You do a triple purchase of the Baileys & Strongbow along with some nice crisp white 'plagons'.
I'll bring & cook you the best steak you've ever eaten - providing you don't like eating shoe leather!!
Oh! I'll even bring my own beer... have taken a strong liking to 'Storm' - a Kiwi beer available from licensed Aldi stores.. $20 a carton!!!

Hi Dot,
After 2.5 years OTR, SWMBO has it all figured out.
Although, what suits us may not suit you. Take it as guidance & toss what don't work.
We have on board: Baby Q (great outdoor oven, as well as BBQ); Coleman 'Clamshell' 2 burner BBQ with both 2kg refillable & 2x1kg disposable bottles (handy when refillable bottle runs dry mid-BBQ); Thermos Shuttle Chef slow cooker (2 pot version); 1xlarge saucepan; 1xsmall saucepan; cast iron frypan; cast iron griddle; steamer cradle to fit large saucepan & Shuttle Chef pots (Joy uses them as ordinary saucepans, as well as in their box). We also now carry a small camp oven, still testing on that one.
We also have a brazier which was a 4kg gas bottle (iron frypan is a neat fit on top), & bought along the way a 9kg bottle converted into a BBQ/slow cooker: use wood with the lid off and its a BBQ, use heat beads with the lid on & its a slow cooker! Made by a Tasmanian we met.
Oh, and we buy lots of the disposable aluminium drip-trays, which we use to freeze meal-size portions for 'ron.
Hope this helps.

Re: What cooking appliances do you take on longer trips
PS, Dot,
In answer to your OP, SWMBO brings the stick mixer, which we use from the inverter. We saw one of the new-gen versions at the Perth C'van/Mh Show; with the snap-on bowl and all the gee-whizz attachments. SWMBO now lusts after one. Disappointed in Santa, she was.
We did NOT pack the bread-maker! Three hours of generator @ 1 litre of diesel/hr... it's way cheaper to buy a loaf!
We do pack a small George Foreman griller for when we're connected to 240V. No other electric-powered cooking appliances, though. Whistling kettle on the gas-ring for a cuppa (Hi Cuppa!
), all other pots n pans go on the gas inside or the gas/wood BBQs outside.

it all comes down to the way you want to use your MH Dot. Carrying capacity won't be an issue with your MH so live in it and don't camp in it. If you find that there are items you are not using then off load them.
