We both negative as are all McL. rellies in Bundy etc etc. Next test on the 27th then out of quarantine 4.30pm 29th. As of Jan 1 that quarantine comes down to 1 week so QLD health told us. Hahaha, all windows, screens cleaned, garden mulched, he in process of sealing the driveway & patio, next is van bearings to be checked. Neighbour getting scripts for me today and Sally going grocery shopping Friday for us. Anniv lunch for 23rd cancelled. Booster cancelled until Jan. Safe trip today Bob & Robyn.

Good news. The Qld government annouced this morning that from tomorrow if you are double vaxxed and negative to covid you only need to quaratine for 7 days.

Carol and I had our booster shots today....no reaction to the shot just as the first two.

Health! Phone call to them today said they have to notify us by 4.30 tomorrow. Time will tell.

I went for a Covid test on Monday afternoon, just as a trial run to see how quick the results come through, arrived by text Tuesday just after lunch. Negative of course.
I'm due for an eye Inj. 13th Jan and the Optomologist require a negative result no more than 72 hours before the appointment.

Bloody QLD health- not a matching answer from 3 different persons over the past 8 hours. Just went for our 2nd test and, after that result, if negative, have to wait to be officially notified.
Another person told me that the 1am this morning to only quarantine for a week is not retrospective so we have to remain, as previously, until 29th.
One told me to get test to-day, another that tomorrow is 5th day. !
Everyone in quarantine, so we have been told, will be checked up on at least every 2nd day - via phone or visit by cop or health worker. Bruce was spoken to 2 days ago but nothing for me as yet!
So freaking frustrating and ridiculous.

Maybe ring the police. As they have to enforce the rules they should be up to date with the latet rule. You could also annoy your local member for an answer.
