Yet another scam alert

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

But it's only designed to catch the unwary. The part that ticks me off more than anything, is they know that number is being used for a scam, but it is still a functional number

Why don't the authorities cancel it, and keep cancelling all the scam numbers. From what I have seen and heard recently, Australia has more scams operating than most other countries. My only info on that is ABC and internet news though.

Apparently we missed getting a package from UPS because no one was here to accept it, so they need our address to confirm it went to the right place ...... really

Had a new one yesterday.
Apparently my Coles reward points are about to expire unless I click on a link which bears absolutely no resemblance to Coles’ real web address.
We don’t have ANY rewards memberships. 🙄
At least it was different from the usual overdue tolls or undeliverable parcels…

Great news, apparently. Received this at 1.42am. Just another BS scam. I wonder if they send it out to random numbers or maybe buy a list of numbers from some genuine retailer,?

I've got so many blocked numbers on my work number from attempted scams. Get a few voice mails with just chinese talking for a few seconds and nothing else. Very annoying and wish I knew which business has given out my ph number, so could let them know how pissed off I am with this crap.

Can't understand how anyone with a working brain could get scammed in this way, but then again people are stupid enough to do their banking on their ph and having their entire life on their ph. My ph has just ph numbers and some photos, never do any banking or other business on my ph, even though use a linux ph system, plus my extremely secure linux systems on laptop and desk PCs for that stuff. People have to understand it's so easy to hack into apple and andriod phones, as well as swiss cheese security mac and windows last century systems.

Watched a video of a women waking down the road starring at her phone and bloke rides oast in E bike and snatches her phone out of her hand. Her entire life had just disappeared and would be used to clean out her bank accounts and use her iD for whatever purposes they wanted, including credit purchases.
