Wasn't that George Orwell's Animal Farm, not 1984, where allies and enemies could change as quick as an announcement and the people just accepted it ... or ended up in retraining camps .....

You're probably right Terry. I'm a bit crap at remembering all the movies.

Nah, if I'd read the book, back in the day, I'd remember it.
I was probably too busy reading Biggles, or some JE MsDonnell war story, when I was younger.

The pig was boss cocky in Animal Farm.
He persuaded the other animals that the horse was their enemy and they all shunned him.
The alliance-switching was 1984.
The country was permanently at war with some other nation.
Remember “Big Brother has increased the chocolate ration.”?
Smith definitely remembered that it had been reduced, but everyone else accepted the statement as true.

Trump should think twice about increasing the water pressure in the shower, look what it's done at the drip drip drip pressure he says his shower does now

Well, in today’s news the Mango Madman has done yet another backflip.
This time he has decided to REDUCE (nb. Not REMOVE) the tariffs on China.
He claims he’s close to ‘a good deal’ with President Xi.
However, Chinese spokesman says they are not in negotiations witch Trumpistan.
Hmmm.

It seems SOMEBODY blinked, and it ain’t China.

This one is a step to far, even for an agnostic/atheist like me

Can anyone be so full of themselves to have that little empathy for those that have a strong belief? Shame on you Donald Trump .....

That is going too far considering he went to the pope's funeral. I am not at all religious in any way BUT you go to a funeral only if you respected the deceased person . This image is not any sign of respect he is disgusting. I didn't go to my stepsister's funeral because of her actions against my mother because I had NO respect for the (female dog)
