Australian Trivia Only

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

David Stratton.

A good question as it led me to the later Romper Stomper series - same director, same characters (except for the lead character who died in the original movie) 25 years later- which I didn't know of. We have all sorts of streaming TV at our current house sit, so will see if I can find it.
The original Romper Stomper movie was excellent.

I was waiting for Macca to tell me I was correct Ray. However I am confident that I was, so I'll give another question a shot & hope that doing so doesn't rub Macca up the wrong way.

Ok, check out the photo below of a chap we met very recently. He is in his mid 70's & has lived an isolated simple existence on a deserted island just off the Australian coast for the past 25 years or so. A modern day Robinson Crusoe. Having met him he invited us to visit his island. He picked us up from small remote beach in his tinny, & we spent a full day on the island. It is an island which also has some significant history. What is his name, What is the name of the island & what is significant about it's history?

No not him Dave. We didn't come across Robin or hear him mentioned. This chap is quite well known overseas as well as in Australia. Has been on Tv many times, & has written a book about his life.

Correct answer. I was rather busy all day yesterday with visitors then early night. Soooo sorry about not answering immediately but there had been no activity here for days anyway so I decided to put up a question! Another day would not have hurt Ray.
Time is passing too quickly so live life to the full with your spouse/partner while you still have she/he by your side.

I wondered why I hadn’t seen any of his films recently... :?
