Re: What's new in the EV market for this year

Hope everyone realises that the vast majority of drugs, additives, preservatives, plastics and most other products are all derived or rely upon fossil oils. In reality, you consume oil products many many times a day. Buy a takeaway, packaged, processed foods and you're consuming oil products, the sprays, fertilises etc they put on food and other crops, all come from fossil oils. Just go into any shop and try to find non fossil oil products and you'll struggle, your travel vehicles are saturated with plastics and other fossil oil products, including paints.

The EV industry relies upon fossil oil products for the majority of their non mechanical parts, as well as computing, phones, LED lights, furniture, cooking products, clothing, footwear and just about anything you can think of. The fossil oil industry won't collapse, just go in other directions and as the profit margins for fossil fuels are so high, they can drop prices dramatically, just like they did during COVID when prices dropped from around the current prices to around $1 litre.

We are totally reliant on fossil oils products, the pharmaceutical industry would totally collapse with out oil, so would many industries, in fact the majority.
