Ray and Joy, you are good people. We hope that you have a safe trip home. We hope to be over in WA in late July or August. Hopefully we will catch up with Tanks and a few of our WA relos then.

Dot, keep on letting the spray wander, but be very careful of overspray near roses. His nibs has killed off quite a few of my favourite plants because he sprayed on windy days. xxxx

We did manage to get to Stanthorpe showground. The traffic was a bit ordinary. We had one of the usual nongs doing the super slow in single lanes and speeding up on doubles. After an hour, we had enough, so found a rest area and took a break.

Had a delicious lunch at Vincenzios big apple place. We only stopped to get some fresh apples (not ones from the cold storage that are past their edible-ness). Some people were munching on food that looked good, so we did the same. I bought a couple of kilos of apples and are now settled in the showy. Right now it's 10 degrees and by breakie time it will be down to 6. What happened to Queensland being beautiful and warm? hahaha

Rest day tomorrow.

Deborah the overspray was a phantom wind Only use spray away from the garden mostly along the fence line. We have had some nice gentle rain this arvo, it never seems to soak into the ground. The smart boys have a job at Taggerty, as well as the sat nav wouldn't work now the tv won't work properly without pixelating / breaking up ???? Definitely will need Nigel my mate to help out. I promise to be nice and scones will be made. George had a trial run of his cooking comp recipe tonight and it went well so be prepared jd. The bus mirror is about ready to be replaced on the new frame we had made, another job done. Ringing the tank cleaning man tomorrow to empty the 120k of rain water so he can clean all the rubbish in the tank. The tank is under G's garage 12ft deep and the width of the 3 car garage. Winter coming up so fresh water will be in and full again before we know it. Off to the city and buntings tomorrow. had a good rest day. Stayed in the warm bed until after 9am. Did a bit of op shopping. Had a delicious parmy meal at the rsl for lunch. was so much food that I had to ask for a takehome pack. He ate the rest for dinner tonight.

Looks like we are on the move further South tomorrow. Probably cross the border and then a few hundred klms. Time will tell. We have no set time or places yet.

As usual 0 on tv tonight so watched the show Botched OMG those yanks are so weird with their plastic surgery, a woman tonight had injections (3) to turn her black, (illegal in USA) the biggest boobs about the size of basket balls, lips like a baboons bum in season and she wants the Dr to make her nose squashed and flat?????? brrrrrrrrrr yucko. Deborah what bargains did you get from the op shops?? I bought 2 new grevilia's from the green shed, had to they were a good price and they are to replace the 2 shrubs that got yanked out over the weekend. (Not a word was spoken) Have to back to Mt Barker tomorrow as the papers we had to take back to the courthouse apparently, we were given the wrong info, so re did it again and back tomorrow Heaven help if we have been told the wrong thing again, will see an eruption. Hi Dot. Do not plant your Grevilleas where you have used other fertilisers apart from Native Osmocote as that is all than can be used on them. Before really learning about Grevilleas I planted 3 in my ex rose garden in Bundy- they did not last long. I had 87 different ones in Bundy and really miss the space as only have 11 here.

Hi George. The arm at the front has not come down fully. Press PAUSE on the remote to stop the dish turning. Now lubricate the pivot point as shown below so the arm is nice and free. Let me know. Regards, Richard.

It worked woo hoo. Any ideas how to clean the roof (Gman cleaned it with that truck wash 3 weeks ago) And the roof has that thermoshield on it as well.

Thanks Kay, I only use seasol and Osmocote (native) so should be ok.

Gman made the trip to the Mt Barker Court house and paid the $$ so now the next bit is up the Sheriff to do his bit and we will be notified when things have been done. (Sheriff gets 3 goes) Got some washing done and that was it for me for today, Brian slept all day and topped off his day with the scrapings of the custard Gman made for me . yummo...

Been a nice day, washing, gardening, ph calls to tank cleaners one said $1500 - $2k but the tank has to be at east half full and because the tank has 4 concrete pillars holding the roof up that will add to the price, mind you he couldn't give a precise price and he wouldn't come up for a look. The second one hasn't returned my call Arhhhhhhh. No sign of the air vent for the bus either. What is the matter with the world these days?? China, trum-, laziness, what???
