Goodnight one and all off to bed had a big day today... Did the ironing made some bikkies, cleaned house finished the Xmas shopping helped take the van down and back to have the finishing touches done to the solar panels we had put on top all ready now for lots of free camping Yeah..kept the fuilds up to the BOSS while he contined to work on Shed (aren't I the good wife) made a bracelet to raffle at my water aerobics Xmas function on Wed.( I dapple in a little Jewellery making) Got the beds ready for the kids who are coming for the weekend. Got the fruit soaking for a fruit cake tomorrow.. So think I have earned a good nights sleep..Behave all you night owls and I will check in on you tomorrow.

Hey, I'm officially OLD as of last Saturday!
The Gummint says so. Switched me from DSP to Aged Pension...

Bluddy left leg still isn't functioning properly since the titanium pin was put in late in Nov... but I'm working on it!
Doc (Orth Surgeon) said a few more days walking on it and the crack would have gone all the way, and the top of my hip would have fallen off!
Full hip replacement then... Erk!
Glad I (just) avoided that one.

Nite nite everyone. Hoping for a better or should I say longer sleep to-night. Getting rather tired with waking up & not being able to go back to sleep. What used to work was a cuppa & read for 30 mins then straight back to sleep, no matter what hour it was. Once daylight may as well get up & read or walk before it gets too hot anyway. Bloody storms did not eventuate as predicted this afternoon either. Water tank getting rather low. Enough winges from me for tonite.

Coming up for midnight and I am totallt stuffed. This hot weather really gets me. Had some great laughs tonight with our wonderful backyard guests and will be sorry to see them go but all children should spread their wings and leave home. Goodnight everyone.x
