I'm slightly bushed now, but before lunch I managed to accompany SWMBO 25m to the front boundary so she could plant a new plant (I supervised from a chair. )
I then had to return to the house to fetch a tool and deliver it to her, before we both returned to the house… a total of 100m again today!
I had to have a SCAN after that effort, but I'm back on deck now.
Late yesterday we took The Girls for a short walk on the golf course/town common… probably another 75~80m.
I'll see how fit I am with a circumnavigation of the house before deciding if The Girls get another walkies today…
EDIT: Unfortunately The Girls missed out today. Pushed myself a bit too hard. Baby steps…

Dietitian visited last Monday, as I have been unable to regain weight post-surgery, despite regular consumption of banana smoothies & lots of muesli bars.
Some super-nutritional milk supplements on order.

Doing better than me Ray, I can't walk to the letter box in one go so you are doing just fine. Those drinks you can order straight from the company and they deliver. George is even doing better than me, he walked around the place checking the birds baths and changing the bird seed. Now he is having a poppa nap.

Ordered a box of 24 today (after a test-taste of a sample he left with me) @ "Hospital price".
Apparently their retail price is significantly higher.

The mocha and chocolate are better than the strawberry and vanilla, but you may like the taste. Now I manage with smoothies with some poop powder added Have heaps of protein as well. Custards etc.

Today The Girls and us walked to the other end of the fairway!
Another 150m walk!
And this time on our return I was able to brew a cuppa, rather than collapse into my big comfy chair for a snooze.

Saw my Oncologist yesterday.
He says I’ve turned the corner.
I was bumping along the bottom of the graph on many of my blood tests. Readings are starting to return to near normal.
Physically he says I’m also looking better. Losing the “hospital” look.

Trying to keep up the daily doggie walks. Yesterday I had too much time taken up with Dr & hospital. None today, so The Girls will have their daily walkies.
