Where Are You Now??

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Set up again at Standown Park for a week to commemorate Vietnam Veterans' Day on Monday. Lots of activities organised. Neil Diamond Tribute night at Silky Oak Tea Gardens tonight. Very wet though.
Cheers

Does it still get very sloppy there following heavy rain. Can remember slopping around in ankle deep water/mud there several years ago.

Currently 'camped' on friend's 10 acres just outside Hoppers Crossing in Melb, visiting ex-neighbours & some friends.
Just a bit chilly outside, and threatening rain tomorrow (along with most of the Eastern Seaboard south of Sydney!)...
We're in their (longish) driveway, hooked up to shore-power, but using our own water (they're on tank-water, and have to preserve it for coming summer - just in case).
Brought Jim the Junior Jeep with us to do the running around.
Main reason for visit is granddaughter's 4th birthday tomorrow. :D I promise I'll let her blow out all the candles this year. (Poppa had to help last year.) ;)
Also taking advantage of visit to shop for accessories for newly-renovated kitchen.
:D :P
Went for a drive around a few residential developments which have sprung up since we left in January.
"Large blocks: 495sq m. (!) $209,000" :o
I guess less than 1/8th of an acre is a large block these days... saw streets where all the house gutters were less than 10cm apart! Some even overlapped! Not real good if you're having a domestic... or have a healthy (noisy?) sex-life! 8-)

:? Yer won't get me up in one of them things, son!
 :(

Still at 40 mile beach. In Karratha there are NO gutters on the houses, seems a sin to let all the water go wherever!!

Gutters are pointless in Karratha, it comes down so hard at times. Dongara for the next few days, then Lake Indoon Tuesday night
Wobblybox on wheels

Could just cross paths as you said in other post!!! We are 81 km south of Carnarvan at Eddaggee Rest Area then Galena Bridge tomorrow then after some running around in Geraldton Monday will head to Free Camp just outside of Dongara??!! Before heading inland and down to Wongan Hills to say bye to Ash's Mum then home to Albury NSW.
Cheers, will keep our eyes open!
