Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
The main problem with cats, or to be more accurate, their owners, is that once it's dark they think no one will know or see them.
They are allowed to prowl all night, pee on everything they want to & when in season create the most awful sound as 25 cats fight for the right,
Leave your car windows down & they climb in, pee on every seat & leave.
I lend my trap out to others & if you're in our town group you get to see who has 'lost' their cat! hehe.

In Melb, lots of shires/councils lend traps and have a free cat collection service.

Stop being horrible you awful men
You wait Pussies always win
I didn't mean for David to walk Brian, I meant Rosy so there because I can't walk for very long. As usual the problem lies with people not the animals. The shockies have arrived and bus is booked in for 8,30AM Thursday Did a bit more re potting and we decided to get rid of one of the big Wisteria (Japanese)as the shade it gives also stops the grass from growing but still have another (Chinese) wisteria of which we will cut back to allow the grass to regenerate. New shutters being installed today week. Then we have a friend coming in to cut down a gum tree and a peppercorn tree that are getting toooooo big so firewood for next year. Hope everyone is staying well and safe. Goodnight everyone x
Goodnight Bobr x

Not a bad likeness Dot, but I don't think pink is the right colour for you.

The three worst inports to Aus from the UK are cats, foxes and blackberrie bushes.

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Dot, David is so right. Pink is just not you......
The shutters sound like a new look for the house. The garden growing too much is always a pita, but sound like you have it being controlled with some help. That's always good, arranging for help. I still can't get his nibs to allow me to book a garden clearout with some of the local people who sound like they do a good job, from the reviews from people who I do really know. I really think twice a year getting someone to help to get it under control would make a huge difference, but not in his vocabulary. xxxx
George, can only agree with the foxes and blackberries. Cats would have come from Asia eventually, so the Brits, just got in first. Enjoy your history lessons and historical buildings mate xxx
We managed to get the van all packed and ready for lift off, before lunch. After lunch I had to visit the fang farrier, to get a filling patched up. The hole is no longer there but it feels so different. Anyways, that's another thing ticked off the list.
Tonight, I thought I would check the car rego site to see if they have processed our payment for the rego. It says that the patrol only has 9 more days rego paid for. I did that last week, so pulled out the paperwork to check the dates. I paid for the green slip insurance by phone, so knew that was done. Then I looked at the receipts. I paid the rego, for the same amount as the green slip ($401.54) but the rego is $901 oops. I am so glad that I checked this. I instantly paid the $500 extra and now will have to keep a close watch on it to see that they have added the two amounts to give us a full years worth of rego. I also realised too late, that the extra 54cents might throw a spanner in their tiny minds. This will be closely monitored until they mark our rego as paid, or I will have to phone them before the due date and get it properly sorted.
