Morning all couple of showers yesty arvo and been more thru the night here.
So looks like i gotta have another day off......O well i suppose someone gotta do it.

I think you will find you have hot spots on the flywheel Jon, that is generally the cause of the bunny hops.

I guess with the cable gear linkage, there is no way of selecting a lower gear from under the bus. I once had to cut a hole in the floor above the gear selector in an old Bedford bus so I could use a screw driver to select the required gear to get the bus back to the bus yard so I could weld the broken selector shaft back together ..... and then drop the gearbox and replace the syncros because the failure was due to the driver somehow using his foot in an attempt to force the box into second gear .... A long drive from the West coast of Tassie back to the yard in Hobart in 3rd gear, stopping on the side of the road before a hill and selecting 1st, then stopping and selecting 3rd again at the top

Same here Bob big storm yesterday and thru the nite..still drizzle here at the moment. Will check later.
The night before we got 42mm.
Not a lot went on yesterday, I did make up some cable lugs from copper pipe...for use one day.

Good morning all,
Helen been to busy with the lads all went back to school this week, Jacob the one that you met started high school, they are all growing up so quickly, he's into riding scooters at the skate park amazing the stunts they are able to perform.

Grey clouds & overcast, rain has just been annoying during the day but we have had heavier downpours during the night.
Played bowls y'day in gusty strong wind, the green was very heavy.
