Nightly Goodnight Everyone

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Dot, how much ice did you use on that toe? While it was solid, it would have cooled you down a bit. Hope it settles down ok mate xxxx

We had a very slow day after all the commotions that we have survived, the stress is not friendly to anyone. After doing a bit of research, I sent off an honest, but polite email to the bosses of Hampshire Parks and will wait to see if they even bother to communicate.

My next task was to get out some f**kbook adds on for an event next weekend. That literally took a few hours. I don't know why it's so difficult and there must be an easier way, but the job is done now. I have put adds on various local pages and decided to include our Jayco club as well. Some of our newest members all live close to us, so a Gosford event may just entice them along.

Deborah your van is bright and cheery =nice. Not much done today apart from giving all the pot plants a nice drink of seasol after the other days stinker they were a bit dry. More dropped peaches which I ate, tomatoes are starting to take off and also the plums are also starting to fall off the tree. Me think RnB will be getting some bits and bobs soon. Might get the pressure cleaner another go tomorrow, boy doing that makes you so filthy. Maggies x 4 came warbling this arvo so they got a couple of bugged ripe peaches and some veg mix for coleslaw, they liked the corn. Oh my toe is turning a pretty shade of red. Hope you are having good sales Deborah. Brian off to have his eyelid growth assessed by the vet tomorrow. I think she will want to cut it out. Stay safe everyone esp if on the roads and Goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight Busman x :D Where ever you are.

Well the fireworks for the 9pm kids program are done and dusted for 2025. There were a cuppla thousand heads at Paradise Point.
The kid's always love it. And then they go to sleep on the way home. Roll on 2026. Have a great night and an even greater 2026.
 :D

Well another year has been and gone so looking forward to 2026 and the chance to get on the road again and catch up with some of you. Today Brian's vet visit was aok, eye lid thing is stagnant at the moment so we shall take it day by day. Did some more garden work like spraying the lawn with the special weed stuff. Cleaned the bird Avery out. Another 2 baby blackbirds in the same nest, gee he is a boy or what? Maggies got the remaining fruit salad and squishy peaches, they like Brian's food but I am being cruel to be kind. Fire crackers have been and gone and I wonder how many animals have freaked out and have done a runner? Neighbor at the back said he has found 2 dead possums within days of each other, like ours we found 1 brush tail and 1 ring tale so that really tells me the mongrel around us is poisoning them  So for the last time in 2025 it's a Goodnight everyone :D x

Evening Dot, can you report these possum tragedies to the local cop shop? It just isn't right that that happens at all. Thanks for noticing the brightness of the van, I just hate drab and boring. xxxx

Happy New Year to one and all xxx

Shirley, didn't get the yobbos with fireworks on the lake, not fair. We had the eejit from hell here. It was on a jet ski, wavering around the moored yachts and letting off some very big commercial looking fireworks. He would let of a few then slowly creep off, around the point and annoy the people on the other side of the park. He kept this up for well over a couple of hours. The fireworks were great big, pretty sparkly things, a much better standard than what we usually get here. It just seems like someone has way too much money to let is go up in smoke. We were on edge, because a lot of our locals are away and if a stray spark hit their homes we would have had to act fast. Hence not coming here last night.

We had a Dotty sleep in today, then I went into New Year mode. I had a voucher for a calendar with photbookshop.com.au. This is such a fiddle fart process and I do put it off for another year until absolutely urgent. I took a couple of hours just getting the photos to download and then started doing the usual photos for each month. It's just fiddly and time consuming, but once printed it is really lovely. In the past I have spent days fiddling to get each day marked with birthdays and trading days for us. I decided to add that once it is printed. I think it will be quicker than trying to make a text box for so may events etc. It did allow me to have all public holidays and school terms listed, so that is at least an easy start.

Tomorrow will be setting up the stall in Gosford. I am in no hurry, but it will get done asap and then we trade over the weekend. I have had a lot of people make comments on the various f**kbook pages that I have advertised on, so maybe, we will get some good sales.

Deborah you are so active with sewing and selling hope the sales do well this weekend. I hate fire works, scares the hell out of pets, kills birds from shock and to prove my point some nig nog started a bushfire on WA, just what they needed. Then all the idiots being stupid with them and causing injuries. We have a Viet Vet and when those crackers go off so does he and that is sad and scary to see. Love watching our back neighbors out in their veg garden, he has a real great fruit and veg garden but their little 18mth daughter is always getting stuck in helping her dad dig plant and reap the stuff, she grew 7kg of potatoes and was so proud. She loves eating lemons. Booking the little suzuki and the MG in for their services next week then the bus shortly after when Gman is a bit more able. Off to bed now. Good to see Tanks back again Goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight Riverlander x :D
