Dot I suspect there are a lot ... a big lot of updates your computer needs that as yet haven't been downloaded or installed.
If you look at who is on line & compare your computer with some others you'll see what I mean.
You have a very very old version of Firefox on there as well as Windows 10.

Use Chrome Browser...it is so very much faster than Firefox

I can see it. Just update your firefox Dot, should only take a few minutes and not sure about Win 10, but in linux it updates in the back ground and doesn't worry you and you shouldn't have to reboot.

The problem is that you are on 3G or 4G with limited data.
See if the HN man will update Firefox & Windows 10 over his WIRED network. (Don't take your 4G device!)
Tell him to not do it over WiFi even though he can force it to do it. If not you might want to look for a library in a town or something otherwise it'll eat up your data.
I could log in & do it from here but you'll have no data left............
