You have a far higher opinion of Winnebago and their ability to actually care, than just about anyone Dottie.
Winnebago USA went through a huge battle with the bankrupt owner of Freeway Caravans that opened the workshop under the name of Winnebago with absolutely no written authority to use their name. My rego papers actually call it a Freeway, not a Winnebago at all .......
The ex Freeway Caravan mob, now trade under the name of Avida ..... Winnebago USA have a company building motorhomes and I believe, caravans, in Australia, under licence .....

I have nothing good to say about them after we actually got so see some of their "workmanship" on the one we had. Just sent them to someone without mentioning a name then.

There is absolutely no point doing any complaining Dot. The management of that particular company couldn't give a big fat rats.
They still make motorhomes and and the build quality and customer service has only gone backwards in the past 20 years.
They still do the same things, and still get the same results. Go figure.
