Good morning everyone.
We had a BIG storm here yesterday around 12. Rain gauge tells me 19mm all in about half hour.
Not a lot went on yesty was bloody humid

Good morning everyone. We spent the morning helping a neighbour early yesterday, then went out for lunch with a couple of old friends. Did bugger all after that. Havent got much planned for today, Terrie has just gone off to work.

I just re-read my post from the other day. I can see where I caused some confusion now Apart from my extremely poor technical English. Our model Winny has a steel frame up both sides and across part of the roof. I know this because my big magnet sticks to it. There is a big steel plate in the roof between the the steel supports for the front and rear slideouts. There is also steel framing where the cupboards mount up to the ceiling. The rest is just framing timber. The airco ducts are just space between the wood rafters and are lined with styrene foam. I once had a video of how they built them in the workshop, but can't locate it. The later models have the alloy frame. Don't know when it all changed, possibly when they did away with the rubber roof.

I want one of those magnets that detect aluminium!!! I lost a 7ft length of alum over the side a while ago & just scratched my head...............
I've picked up socket wrenches, hammers, spanners & lots & lots of pop rivet stems but never anything Alum............
Can I see a pic of it please?

You can get a magnet to stick on the side of an old red motor Holden piston .... used that trick on a few customers telling them it was one of the new rare earth magnets and it was attracted to the special alloys Holden used in their pistons ..... left them scratching their heads for a while One bright spark suggested they might have been forged pistons and it wasn't really an alloy magnet

Well bugger me, Prince Alfred College (Boys only school) is now letting one boy be a girl finish his year as a girl, new uniform as well. I am sorry but to me this is so weird, he has a dangler so he is a boy, let him be a boy in school and a girl in his own time, eg home , social and employment etc. Will they now have to provide women's toilets, change rooms, What will happen if one of the other boy students happens to touch him as he is dressed as a girl will the other student be accused of sexual harassment. This is such BS.
