At an undisclosed laboratory/restaurant kitchen where they were experimenting to find some way of reusing food scraps? Not quite sure how the tube that contains the recycled mix was tied into this recycling idea, possibly a mix of old boots and out of date Lebanese bread or a method of using octopus tentacles that couldn't be converted into "O" rings or deep fried squid?.
