The mower man was here yesterday and did the job. I got to watch him on the ride-on so that was the excitement for yesterday.
Sunday started out this morning early, awake in bed at 02:30am, so I ended up watching the second half of the World Cup, which finished with Argentina 2 and our mob 1.
I will make a nice chicken/cheese salad for lunch later in the day when I get motivated again.

Good morning, 20c, expecting 24c today, the lake is still, cloudy day, no rain expected, sun trying to shine, looks like another good day weather wise.

We haven't played the next round of the mixed 4s, scheduled for next Saturday on our reconditioned green that's looking really good, our second green comes out tomorrow for reconditioning, last Sunday they organised Rock on the green day, jumping castle pegged down on the green & folk sitting all over it on camp chairs, blankets, walking on it in all types of shoes wrecked it for championships, first time this has happened since I've been a member.

David, hope you get a favourable report for Bandit tomorrow.

Good morning everyone. Late start for me today. Got a fat head watching the car races yesty. It's Christmas lights day today, after I do some whipper snipping. Have a top day everybody, stay safe and dry.

Got home at 11am, watered everything and the birds as well,sprinklers on and now sitting down to watch the cars. Bloody hot and a sort of coolish breeze under the trees.

Well my nuffin plans went astray yesterday we ended up at daughters then sons.
Another 200Ks to add to the 400 hundred already done for the week.
Got to see the end of the golf and the V8s when we finally got home.

Good morning everyone. Spent most of yesty watching the last Holden race, and cutting back the shrubbery. It's always fun trimming Bougainvillea, not. Will be back onto the trimming today. Stay safe everybody, especially those in the flood zones.

It will be interesting today if it rains, everyone will take the river level seriously then I doubt the worker at the marina will be doing pump outs and rubbish collection soon, he lost half a leg a while back due to an infection being ignored for too long, with the water fast approaching the point of covering the road, he won't be safely able to jump in and out of the truck for the pump outs and the ute to collect rubbish. The boat owners have to do the road to pump out point on the boats now because there is no dry access to the boats, once there is no dry ground for him to stand on I'd imagine health and safety would kick in and he won't be able to any of after that ...... the the shitte will really start to spray around the marina

morning one and all. ventured outside and got hit by the dam mozzies well and truly so now the norm each day is to spray before going outside. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the dead heads at Marina just dump in the river. Has any of our marina people got a drone for a few pics?
