Had a shit afternoon, the district nurse came to redo my neck hole and the arm, part way through the dressing I apparently said "I feel hot" promptly chucked a bit and that was it for me I was out cold. Woke up on the recliner with G and the nurse hovering, BP had dropped to 80/60 . After a few minutes the dressing was completed and G demanded I go to bed, so I did and I am still here but very tired. The neck hole is looking good and the graft site (arm) is really looking good, the depth seems to be getting a bit less of a crater and more of a hollow. Tomorrow I see the wound nurse for the neck dressing so I shall mention my little Vaso vagal turn . Apart from that it has been a cold au eventful day. My pussy is back on the bed with me and singing beautifully. ;) Better day tomorrow I hope.

Today I was booked into the local hosp to get my neck dressing changed at 0900, got there at 0845 hrs and the "nurse" I know all too well came and told me to sit there and he will be with me soon!!!! Well at 0915 he came and said there was "something" going on in cas and I would have to wait a while. Now remember I worked at this place and this nurse is one lazy #$$%%. Seeing I couldn't recline on a plastic chair I started to feel hot n sweaty once again and we didn't feel like another episode of on the floor, G said "come on we are off home" and so we departed without dressing been done 0955. Yes there was something going on in cas BUT the rest of the staff were roaming around in no urgent state doing what they do best = laughing about their weekend activities and deciding which morning tea to go to. My dressing could have been done anywhere but as usual their attitude is still as strong as ever "It's not my job" prevails... Never mind I should of known better, I went back to bed and slept until 5pm, I was buggered. I actually had some food for tea, scrambled egg, not much taste but it went down ok. Another mile stone also took place today, I actually got my fangs into their usual place  Not allowed to keep them in until I see the #2 surgeon to see if the tongue swelling has gone down to a safe size as not to obstruct my airway. See him on Tuesday. :D Speech is still not the best and G is enjoying his time in control :P :P Getting there slowly but surely.

Dot, You should just let George enjoy his time in the sun. And then you can make the most of the opportunity to rest and and get well again.
Flock the nurses at the old place of work. Do unto others I reckon. :D
