Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning 16.7, maybe 29 today, lake really calm & peaceful, several boats have stayed overnight over yonder to the north.

Alexander our eldest g’son mowed the back lawn y’day, lakeside, definitely getting to strenuous for me to manage these days, he had it all done in under an hour, he is so good to us. ❤️
Think I will have to get the young ones learning to use the mower on the front yard 12 & 14 reckon they’re old enough.

Morning Robert, and everyone.
I don't have much to say for yesterday, we had visitor's, which normally throes everything planned out the window. was good to see them :D ;)
Nothing planned for today, Carol had a bit of a backward step regarding the sciatica nerve.
Hopefully better this morning when she gets up.
AND it's bacon and eggs Sunday here at our abode :D :D

Terry's plan of lowering the river using holes wont work, as they all fill they then overflow causing the river to have too much water, thence it will rise again...I think

Keep safe.
Bernie.

Good morning Bernie, couldn’t sleep so thought better to get up have a coffee & let Bruce sleep. :D
Certainly not an early bird.

Eldest son has problems with sciatica, injured it when he was a young gun windsurfing, when it plays up he has great difficulty walking, he says something just seems to pop back in & then it’s ok, been to heaps of specialists, had many scans, he just lives with it now, certainly painful condition.
Hope Carol is able to get a better result.

Bernie,
I know what Carol is going through.
At 17 a motorcycle accident left me with spinal damage which meant permanent pain, aggravated to almost intolerable levels when standing still for more than a few minutes.
I was on first name basis with the hospital physio, then a series of chiropractors.
It was that injury which disguised the origin of the pain from Myeloma until it was almost too late.
Still living with the pain from both.
Be patient with her, and be aware that pain like that can make her grumpy for no apparent reason.
It can be so bad that you can’t find a comfortable position to sit or lay.
You have our prayers.
Regards & God bless,
Ray

Morning all bit of a scare yesterday, been cleaning out the garage area and repacking ute for a trip. Called it quits and came in around 12:30pm. Once inside had sudden pain up the right side and across the chest more sever than normal angina but treated as such. Spray not working so had ambulance called. Usual test done, heart attack not on but taken in for blood test to be surd.

Ended up at St Andrews private as Flinders Public is loosing their professional staff quickly. Anyway an uncomfortable afternoon in emergency, two blood test to conform no heart attack and a suggestion for a early review by my specialist for a stress test an a check on medication.

Had a good night sleep and now watching the women's championship in South Africa. A quite day today is planned so take it easy folks and safe travelling.

Helen glad you are settling in, liked that area. Dot we will be staying home during the next hot spell as well cheers Robert

Good morning everyone.
Bugga Robert, I wouldn't have thought watching ladies cricket could be that stressful :D
Time for some time off mate.
temp hit 44* here yesterday around 1.30 down to a pleasant 40* by 3.30 twas a tad warm.
As one could expect not a lot done...already warm this morning...guess we will have much the same today.
Carol took a step backwards yesterday, pain in the bum...hers not mine ;) ;) :?
Bloody vegie patch is screaming out for a drink this morning...might give them extra.
Bird baths are dry also.
That's about it keep cool and safe.

Good morning everyone. We are home again. Sunday traffic isn't much fun through the roadworks on the GC. It was pretty warm too. Got to 34° here. Done a bit of watering later in the arvo. Back at work this morn for me. Hope Carol can get some improvement real soon Bernie. Safe travels everybody

Good morning 20c, max 25c predicted for today, looks like it’s going to rain but prediction low & only 1mm.
Wow 44c Bernie, to hot for me, think I prefer winter these days, easier to stay warm.

A lady hit the back right hand corner of my MUX in parking area, she reported it to centre management & left me a note on the car, restored my faith in people, she has now accepted & paid the quote to have it repaired, feeling lucky.
