Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning everyone. You're up early this morning Bernie. I hope that you are on the mend Bob. The port idea sounds good though. Not much cloud about, so maybe another fine day here.
Happy birthday George, enjoy your day.
Safe travels all those out and about.
Cheers

Mornin all. Not happy Jan. Have broken my other little toe. Did one Nov last year. Sticking out funny angle and I reckon I had less sleep than the boss last night. Shall sit with him and see what we can find on netflix. Safe travel and happy easter to you all. John. We need to be around that fire of yours again! Hi Faye.

"tanks" here---
It is now what we of the higher level call Good Friday, and it is time for an update on the activity at the Dysart Bunker.
At long last and after much difficulty in finding out what my name is and getting the Land Title to record my correct name I have been informed that the Contract of Sale of the Bunker has progressed to what is now termed "UNCONDITIONAL" and all that has to happen now is for the Settlement date of 15th May, as agreed, to come about and the money is in the bank Frank !!.
My next-door neighbor has purchased the property from me and he has agreed to let me remain in-situ until the kids fly over from Perth to accompany me back to WA on the same Qantas flight that they have booked.
The flight is a two-stage affair at midday on 19th May - Mackay to Brisbane part of the journey is a 1 1/2-hour flight with a stopover of a few hours at the airport, and then a direct flight Brisbane to Perth which will take around 5 plus hours, arriving in Perth about 9.30pm that night and I should be asleep at the new residence in BALGA by 11.00pm.
I have ordered an electric adjustable bed and this will be delivered and installed prior to the kids flying over to get me. My personal effects have been or are in the process of being packed into many transport cartons for shipping to the West. The bedding linen and blankets, winter doona (it will be cold after living in the Qld tropics), quilts etc will arrive well before I get there so the bed will be made and ready for sleep.
I will post this missive before it vanishes - to be continued after another cuppa.
I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.
