Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Bernie, with that added hump at the back for the bed to fit into, you'll be able to leave Carol in bed and just put the bed up in the safe zone so she can't fall out :D
What are the plans for modifying the new bus? Is it the same 5 sp gearbox as the RB145, low gear so low it's barely moving by the time you need to look for 2nd and a big gap between third and forth gears?
Is your bus intercooled after the turbo?

Not game to suggest the top bed with Carol Terry
Yes intercooled...and I don't use the first gear...as you said it's bloody low.
And I find differing name plates, some RH some CH, the engine number starts with CH ??
Nothing planned for modifications as yet :? Booked in for machinery tomorrow morning.

Morning all, from Rutherford NSW [near N'castle] final polish to see if I can sell Iveco & TH. Looks good, Just got phone /iPad/ laptop working after six days. Been to four Telstra shops [Port Pirie, Murray Bridge, Wagga Wagga and Rutherford] to get it fixed the last one said no you have to go to an Apple shop [Charlestown] went downstairs to a phone repair shop, fixed in ten minutes $25.
So now back on line.
Glad Pheonix is starting to return to health.

First gear is great for the slow crawl with no throttle and for getting up our house driveway without over shooting to bend at the top and taking out the front deck

Good morning everyone. Looks like another bright sunny day coming up for Mulwala. We spent most of yesty trimming back a big stand of Bougainvillea. If we are lucky, we'll get it finished today. Nothing much else to report.
Have a top day everybody. Safe travels.
Cheers

Morning all.

Bernie. A zoomie is when a dog runs around in big happy circles.

Good morning one and all, another wonderful sunny day here in Upper Mannum :D Great to hear Phoenix is on the improve.
A zoomie for a cat is suddenly appearing in the room at high speed, in Putin Tat's case, towards the dog, then suddenly changes direction or jumping over something, in this case the dog, then vanishes into another room leaving all who saw it, including the dog, with one of those "What was that all about expressions"

The Bus from Hell now has its solar connected, now to figure out how to program the Victron Cerbo GX that appears to be the master control unit pre the newer Smart Bluetooth Networking. It can see all the devices now, I just can't program them or the GX unit itself ... more digging through the archived information on the Victron sites. One thing Victron has that the other manufacturers don't seem to have, is a Victron Community site, when you can get advice on a particular problem from other users as well as the tech team. An amazing degree of listening on the tech's part and the issues are generally sorted on the next update ...... the problem here is, no bluetooth connection, no updates ....
