Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning All. 17* cloudy and breezey here in Nerang. Julie and Noeleen went shopping yesterday afternoon and on the way dropped Alan and myself at the local pub which was packed with Harley riders. After drinking more than enough beers we caught the curtesy bus back to the resort and we walked past a number of kangaroos which didn't move even though we walked within a metre of them.

Good morning everyone. Another fresh start to the day. It's about 6° here on the lake right now. Was too cold earlier to get the gas BBQ to light. Cooked up bacon and egg for our brekky today. By lunchtime we will be 5km or so down the road at Terrie's mum and dads place, where the Winny will be parked up for 10 days or so.
Safe travels everybody, have a great day.
Cheers
David

Morning everyone.
I had a sleep-in :D
Yesterdays rain fall gave one miserable mil. It looked like it would rain forever. But not here in elsewhere  Full overcast and bugga all.
I had the day off...Carol went to bingo with her mates...didn't win
The parts for the bus toilet arrived and are now installed. That was it for me. :D
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Good morning everyone. Just finished feeding a house full of people with Dave's famous corn fritters. Think I'll hide for a while now. It's too cold to do anything constructive. There's a heavy fog over the lake still, but will be lovely when it warms up. Safe travels everybody.
Cheers

"tanks" here---
God morning to all ---
Another day and nothing to report. I did think that today was yesterday, but I was wrong.
I go to the GP on Wednesday---that is tomorrow, and I will also go to the chemist which is in the same shopping centre as the GP.
When I am finished with the GP and the chemist, I will have a Gloria Jane coffee, aind then back to my cell where it is warm being a constant 23c.
Jeff and Pam are off to Singapore for 10 days to finish their holidays. They are flying Qantas.
Keith.
I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.

Good to hear you Tanks. Not good about the cell. Singapore is almost constant temp and humidity too. Sunrise and sunset doesn't change.

Not much to do there either when you've been there a few times. Eat, shop and work. Although, Jumbo Seafood has the best chilli crabs ever.

Took the load of cactus to the Cambrae tip on Sunday after digging up the root ball of each of the cacti to hopefully at least slow its return enough to put bricks over it so I can drive the truck on that section of what looks like it might have once been a garden.
When we got back, I dug out the three green round poles that made up what must have been an entry point from the stairs going down into the empty block next door ... spent the night picking out prickles .....
Monday I cemented one of the round poles in place to act as the support for the new lean-to leaving a 2.7 mtr gap between the garage and the pole .... the other benefit is I'll hit the pole with the tray of the truck before reversing over the edge and down into the sunken block, might be only 3 or 4 mtrs, but still not something I'm keen on experiencing and certainly not on the bucket list ....

Morning folks.
Well I have started the driver seat change, the seat is out. Next to work out how long to leave the seat slide before I cut. ;) ;) so the new seat will fit.
Getting the old one out was a feat in it's self...I think the same bloke that rattled the wheels on must have had a hand in doing up the seat nuts :D :D
Anyway I have today to fool around with it.
Good to see Terry has removed his prick...bush
Had a chat with our mate in WA.
Keep safe.
Bernie.
