Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning everyone. Looks like a nice day in Brissy. We are at the airport, waiting for our flight to Darwin. It's Ekka day public hol today , so everything more expensive than the usual airport prices.
Take it easy with the concrete Bernie. That shed can wait a few more days.
When you starting on the gbox Jon?
Happy hump day everybody. Safe travels.
Cheers

Yep, I'm back home again.
Had scans & found the rubies & saphires.
Drugs has quietened things down for now & I've been put on the RAH list for the cut&chop job. (Royal Adel Hosp)
Thrown out a ton of chops & sausages & now looking for fish n chicken.
Will be very careful till I get my call up.

Hey Vic I found a project for you!
$5,500 ONO ....... 4X4 & 1963 so more than likely ex-Viet?
Make a good motorhome? (& break your back!)

morning all, another fine day here in little old Yorketown. Washing done and hung out. Bruce can't they get you into M. Bridge sooner? Did you chuck your tons of ice cream out as well  Off down the street soon for a few bits and bobs and to re do the op shops for any new goodies. Take care every one.

Yes Bruce,it would be a great project, unfortunately I have too many jobs to do here. I am still doing a head gasket job on a turbo diesel landcruiser.
Thanks anyway.

Good morning.
Well my work on the shed came to a halt...I run out of premix :D that's 1/2 ton through the mixer, will be getting same today @8am.
And Dave you were right about being carful with the concreting, I had a vertigo attack
so it was tools down for the day...I only got 3 of the piers done. couldn't do more anyway.
And as it turns out I have one I can't do for a bit...bloody parderlop (I know I spelt that wrong) have nested in the hole and are feeding baby's...
One of our water tanks has run out of water...it's the tank we use for the gardens
We need rain.
Keep safe out there.
Bernie.

Good morning from sunny Darwin. We arrived yesty arvo then went for a wander round the CBD. Hasn't changed much in the last 15 years. It was still dark at 6am here, was gunna go for a walk, but talked myself out of it. Going down the wharf for a squizz now and a feed maybe.
Bernie, slow and steady wins the race, after all, its only a shade shed.
Have you settled into your new place Bob?
Have a top day everybody, safe travels.
Cheers

Morning all.
I went and got another 1/2 ton of premix, then I boxed up the remaining piers cept the Pardalote one...thanks for the spelling :D lesson Ray, by the way there are no haha pigeons around here at the moment.
Went into the little smoke (Biggenden) I needed a tap, one was dribbling and even new washers wouldn't stop it  Plus Carol needed bread and milk.
I also rigged up a new hose line for the bore water so the boss can still do her watering ;)
That was as much as we got up tp yesterday.
Reason for the trip to Darwin Dave :!:
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Good morning everyone. Its still dark in beautiful downtown Darwin, as I type this. Won't be long to proper daylight though. Did a bit of wandering around the waterfront, that's changed quite a bit since i was last here. We are waiting at the hotel to get picked up and taken to a boat. Going on a Kimberley trip Bernie. Probably won't have phone reception for ten days or so.
Get well all the sickies. Safe travels everybody.
Cheers
