I went to the dentist last Wednesday, $460 thank you, I can’t believe how expensive it has become to maintain your teeth, no wonder many can’t afford to visit them.

I get all my dental work for free but has to be done by specialists at the Dental hospital due to the radiation. Never mind life is a bitch sometimes. Have a good day everyone

Dot people with a health care card or equivalent aged pensions etc., can have dental treatment free of charge in NSW hospital dental clinics, problem is unless it’s absolutely urgent the waiting time for an appointment could be 6-12 mths, also think it is means tested.

Children get treated by dentists on Medicare until they are 16years old.

Yes Shirley, I mow the width of our block for about 30m into the reserve and have done so since 1995, helps to keep me fit.

Yes the same down here but as you say the waiting time is unreal, G used it once for toothache but still had to wait nearly 4 mths. He goes to our usual dentist, can always get in for an emergency and a few weeks otherwise.
