Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning everyone.
I finally got off my bum and done something :D
I have been fiddling with the sat TV...bugged if I could get any channels. the satellite pointer in wikicamps was sending me up the garden path. Just as I was about to chuck the towel in I accidently while moving said dish I caught a channel :D :D turns out the sat pointer thingy was off about 20deg. Any how because I now have a working sat TV I decided to mount the S bend thingy to the rear of the motorhome...how hard could that be...just two holes to mount the clamp...yer wright...the rear bumper has two bits to its double skinned so longer bolts required...found two but toooo long so angle grinder attacked the bolts, and I had a win ;) ;) so clamp and S bendy thing now attached , pic at bottom.
And now through a stroke of luck its Bacon and Eggs day :D seems like just a week ago since the last.
Nothing much to do today...maybe.
keep safe.
Bernie.
Morning Dave.

"tanks" here---
Another week has passed and I've nothing to show for it except a few new bird baths for the front and back yards. Now I just have to wait for the birds.

I plan to have another birthday next year.

Good morning everyone, 26c cloudy, very overcast with the sun trying hard to shine, no rain forecast.
Wow, y’day was a hot one reached over 40c & the wind was hot, hot until the arvo when a nice cool breeze was blowing. The lads were here all day 3 on the internet & one watching YouTube on the TV his computer had a problem.

Keith are you enjoying living back in WA in your own home & being independent again?
Are you able to get help with the cleaning etc., ?

Off to go shopping today .... I think  Weather is still crap ... and cold, what happened to the sweltering heat? The patches of lawn (well grass really), that aren't covered by vehicles in the front yard, are starting to show green again rather than sun fried brown, the only grass growing anywhere before that was under the vehicles and trailers because there was protected from the sun :?

Shirley, I like the small country town and I feel very relaxed and independent living on my own again/
I have a housekeeper/help for 2 hours Monday to Friday, plus lawnmowing when needed, with additional garden maintenance e.g. prune the shrubs etc. all provided at no cost to me from "My Age Care" funding package.

Tanks, we have a few of the local birds drop into our place, many on a daily basis. We have lots of flowering shrubs and we put out some commercial birdseed every few days. There definitely is a pecking order. Some even enjoy time in the bird bath.
Cheers

Yes Shirley, I bought a bright yellow MG-3 Hatchback when I came over to WA.
I had sold the white MG that I had in Dysart Qld. I was impressed with the vehicle after owning it for 2 years.
