Good morning/afternoon all. I was abit early this morning so the PhP got me. Nobody got a good nights sleep here last night. Terrie's mum is not travelling real flash at the mo'. She was back at the docs today.
I hope everybody else is going alright or getting better.
At least the beer is cold here at the Golf Club.
Safe travels everybody, have the best day that you can.

Re: Good morning daily
Spent most of the day sofar at a meeting between the new property owner behind the 18 or so homes along this section on Purnong Rd. There has been virtually no policing of boundaries so they have been creeping further and further onto that farm property, the new owner wants to get that sorted and fence it, so he can run cattle and sheep.
It seems each surveyor has used a different tape measure, so no two surveyed property boundaries match, then throw in a 6.5mtr easement along the back of all the properties and an additional 100mtr easement we have behind our block ..... first nightmare issue .... then there is the matter of an access rd when Purnong Rd floods again, quite possible with all the rain along the NSW/Vic border ..... then fire access then the power poles ..... then they also own the dirt under the lagoon out the front, all the way to the Murray River main channel bank .....
The actuary who is handling all this will be the winner, just what we needed, yet another hassle to sort out here in paradise
Now I'm getting the whip cracked regarding getting these batteries and inverter installed, the roof sealed up and the fridge back in ... glad I'm retired and don't have to work hard anymore

Good morning.
We survived the driving lesson
So much so we are doing it again today. After the drive we went bobbing around in the surf for an hour. Then had the rest of the day off
.
The little red head doesn't know yet but we are driving home...I need to pick up my car fridge....the fridge in the motorhome ain't working as it should

And it Sunday...bacon and eggs
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Re: Good morning daily
Good morning everyone. Its not just your fridge that isn't working properly Bernie. Ours is giving us grief too. We will be going to a 240v inverter fridge as soon as we can get one the right size. The hot humid weather isn't helping at all.
Enjoy your drive back to Degilbo with the little redhead Bernie, but have your b & e first. We are on the corn fritters today.
Safe travels all those out and about.

Re: Good morning daily
The Waeco 12v fridge is back in the motorhome, just not wired up yet. I'm hoping running at 24v nom. will up its performance, along with the door actually shutting so the seal makes full contact with the cabinet. Did the dry film silicone spray trick around the cabinet faces so the seal can slide into place easier and make a better seal as the air pressure between inside and outside changes when the temp inside drops ..... if that's a failure on this trip, back out it comes and Margaret's choice is the Westinghouse two door, because the freezer has better shelving or something

Re: Good morning daily
I'm gunna assume that Westinghouse is a domestic.240v inverter fridge. If yes, then could you put up a link please. I haven't done the research yet.
Cheers

Re: Good morning daily
Unkown if it is an inverter model, a soft start kit https://eltwin-hyper.com/ is around the $240 mark if you need that because the inverter load limit might be close or greater than the locked rotor current.

The left hand door conversion kit is actually only $55, but they want $183 because they install it prior to delivery ... probably trying to do a warranty thing that the fridge has been altered or modified after delivery if you buy the kit and fit it yourself
