Dot's update...

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Later latest...

George visited Dot yesterday & says she that as she'd had a shower she was in a much more cheerful mood, so her pussy would have been relieved!

As Nurse was applying a dry dressing to the area - of the back... not the pussy - Mr Physio arrived & proceeded to tell Nursey that she was not applying the dressing the way the Greek God Surgeon liked. Not sure who won that round.

Mr Physio then took Dot on a walk along the corridor, this time with a walking stick instead of the frame, whence they proceeded up & down some stairs. I got the impression that by the end of the walk Dot could quite happily have shoved the walking stick up Mr Physios foofal valve! I don't think she has warmed to this bloke at all. :D

Lunch was slightly better than yesterdays bread roll, butter, orange juice & jelly & consisted of about a desert spoonful of chicken in watery gravy with some warmed up frozen carrot cubes!

Dot was quite adamant that she would return home by ambulance - getting her moneys worth - as the 'family ute' does not have reclining seats... George says failing that they will have to use a 'friends' little white station wagon instead.

I did offer G the use of the Cruiser but when he started ringing his hands in a vigorous, but shaky manner & his eyes blew out like organ stops I got the impression that he'd rather take the bus - or walk! :?

Either way Dot's hoping she will have another visit from her Greek God Surgeon to tell her she can go home.

I hope you are back here soon Dot. The sandpit is sadly missing you. :(

Thanks for the update Chuck. I suspect every hospital has a know all smarty pants lurking away in a corner somewhere. It's a shame he had to find Dot, but I reckon he will be very sorry he did make such a wonderful discovery! :o
