Regards,
Of their list of "after-market accessories", the following are STANDARD on Jim the Junior Jeep (the Jimny - which was last in the queue when it came to getting luxury fittings):
- Immobiliser
- Central locking
- Roof rack
- Towbar
- Alloy wheels
- CD player
- Radio (not radio/cassette as listed)
- Speakers (

- Air conditioning
- Power windows
- Tinted windows
Now, if Progressive want me to pay extra to cover these "after-market accessories" then I don't want to know.
Black mark #1.
They also would not give you a number so you could speak to a human about their policies.
Black mark #2.
And if you phone their 24/7 claims number, it costs $25 more than an on-line claim (which may or may not be available, depending on your location & mobile coverage)!
Black mark #3.
For me, it's 'Three strikes and you're out!'
I'd rather stick with Ken Tame. Although last year (just out of curiosity) I did get a quote for Jim's insurance from APIA - which was dearer.
