Enforced Townsville stay-2 weeks

Ok Ok I knew there would be some comment. We are bloody not happy at the moment because we went 7.7k this morning to have a cuppa with other friends & let him check out what had been done yesterday. The wheels freaking were 50degrees. What now. Off came the nuts to check the bearings. BRuce saw problem, rang the repairer ( he was his usual calm self, Bruce Imean) told him the problem.
Back to yesterday. Bruce saw the axles which had come up from Bris & commented that the thread on the ends (Is it the stub axle?) I am only a female) were very short. Peter the repair man said that that was standard. OK
To-day he has admitted that he has had this problem before well why the hell has he not rectified the problem before he did our van. Well we are now back to him Monday after ringing our friends telling them we will be back on their front lawn.
Phone calls now have to be made to relatives in Mackay & Rocky telling them we might not have time to see them. Have to change appts made in Bundaberg. Bugger bugger bugger! Sorry Dot. Have never used the F word but I sure did this morning.

Seems you have run over a chinaman Kay. Kay the "F" word does wonders for your temper !! go for it.. How come these so called "tradesman" don't learn by their mistakes?? maybe they think "Oh well they are on their way never to see them again"

Well back at the man for the 3rd time so on the road in about 30mins & if when we stop after a few ks out of Townsville & the laser thermometer shows hot bearings still I guarantee you will really hear me from here. No more Chinamen please.

At Guthalungra for the night & all good. He admitted that he had caused the last 2 problems. Bruce wanted spare seals etc so he gave them to us.
