I think it is the burnouts in the local car park that has worn the tyres out so quick. Lift the right foot a bit

OK crunch time, the choice we have is between Yokohama, Bridgestone & Dunlop. (highway 4x4 & SUV) Who knows which one?? And for your info Mr Phil I do not do burnouts in the local park, I do them on the silly new round abouts. :) :)

Get a 4 wheel alignment when you get the new tyres, something doesn't sound right..... unless George has been sneaking out with the toad and taken it up the burn-out comp and sand drags, ya gotta worry about that George, the quiet ones are always the ones to watch

Dot,
As you're not planning any bush-bashing in your GV, I'd recommend the Bridgestones.
And do accept the extra cost for a 4-wheel alignment check, as well as the usual dynamic balance (have them run the wheels up to 110km/h, not just 80km/h!).
As you bought the GV 2nd hand, it could be crabbing a little, which might explain the short tyre life.
This is why we chose A/Ts, and why they don't last long... ;)
