Bought the book mentioned above "the miracle of MSM" but there is no mention of skin stuff, all the info is about pain reduction and the possible cartlidge regeneration that MAY be happening.

Have you tried using Paramao Root Oil .
It is very helpful for eczema and psoriasis.
The oil is available in Au from the Gold Coast and is listed on ebay or allnaturaloils@bigpond.com

I do not have a digital copy so can't cut/paste the whole section but I will type out a little word for word
The person talking is a hairdresser and beauty therapist called Liz Miners.

"You can use the lotion on your face , arms, feet and hands she states. It has healing benefits wherever you put it. One of my customers is a woman with dermatitis. The face and neck would always look slightly scalded. She has been using cortisone creams for many years and they don't seem to be doing much for her anymore. She takes about 5 grams of the crystals a day with the lotion. After 5 weeks her skin has cleared up almost totally. She is pretty amazed."

Goes on a bit further about other skin conditions but can't be bothered typing them out. At way less than $100 for both the distilled crystals and lotion, might just be worth a try ?

Got my Distilled MSM and the Magnesium Gel today.
I've had only one dose of the MSM so far but looking forward to the next few days for some signs of change in pain levels.
It may or may not happen, but I guess if it doesn't work for me I haven't lost much.
Time will tell
