Terry it's because we have stupid idiots running the country, if we have rational sane people in charge, we wouldn't have the problems we have. They don't seem to be able to distance themselves from their idiotic ideologies and when we have police forces where the cops are so far up themselves, they don't understand logic or reason, we get stupid idiots illogically charging people. Yet they wander round with no protection and a law unto themselves, completely oblivious to anything but their ego's and self centered entitlement, so we can expect nothing else but dumb stupidity from all authorities.

Still can't understand why it's ok to crowd into a markets like the Vic market were on Sunday, yet it's against the rules to jog on your own and buy a kebab or stand on your own fishing?

It could be argued that the kebab and fishing for food both fell into the restocking essential provisions ..... I doubt you'd get away with the surfing though .... unless you were a kiwi, then you could claim you were shark fishing

Not quite following what you mean by that Bill. It was just a news clip about other issues that are on the horizon over and above the virus itself. With the gun happy attitude over there, things may get a lot worse before they start to get better. We should be thankful the gun laws were tightened up so much over here or we might have been faced with the same secondary problems.
