Ullaged wine

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

T1,
Sadly, I am unable to cross the border with a resupply of Warrabilla Durif for you.
However, I would happily drive the 20km to their cellar door and do a proxy test-tasting if you wish. 😁
Regards & God bless,
Ray

Ray,

It's been a week or so since the first post. I'm still wondering. Since it was ullaged to be wine,
what was really in the bottles?

Jon,
Ullaging is when the cork leaks and air enters the bottle.
It's still wine... just a little less in the bottle. :(
...and some on the floor under the wine rack. :? (Tastes terrible, especially on carpet — that tastes furry. )
Ullegedly.. :P
Regards & God bless,

The guests have made it through the border crossing along the Barrier Hwy, some 200km into SA mind you, just outside Peterbough and are now headed towards Burra. They plan to overnight some where between Burra and here .... even though it's only 173km away .... these Qlder's sure are soft eh
